We collect the information you choose to send through KRYNEX: your name, email address, platform, service brief, vouch, and any optional proof image. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or information that is not needed for your request.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess requested work, provide support, manage client vouches, prevent misuse, and improve how the site works. We only use it for the purpose it was provided for, unless we tell you otherwise.
Vouches are reviewed before they appear publicly. Any proof image you upload is private by default and is used only to review the vouch, unless you explicitly allow us to show it publicly. We may decline, archive, or remove vouches that are misleading, abusive, or unverifiable.
We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted providers that help us host the site, receive enquiries, and store submitted proof. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided for or to meet legal, operational, or security needs.
